- click checkbox next to, "Where the Subject line contains.." under step 1.
- click checkbox next to, "Move to Specified Folder" under step 2.
- position mouse over second text line in step 3 box
- click, "contains specific words." A possible problem here is that underlined words usually connote web links but here will open a tool window. Hyperlinks in windows application menus often lead to a help page. The instructions in the above caption ("click on an underlined value...") aren't very noticeable because of the low contrast between tan and black. It is possible that this could cause a delay in task completion time that would not appear in the GOMS analysis.- next>>
